The terms governing your use of the Roof-Aid CRM platform, website, and text-message program.

By accessing or using the Roof-Aid CRM platform, the Roof Aid mobile app, our website, or SMS program operated by Roof Aid LLC ("Roof-Aid," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Roof-Aid CRM is a technology platform that provides CRM pipelines, communication automation (including AI voice and SMS), documentation tools, and an AI supplement engine for roofing, restoration, and remodeling contractors. The Roof Aid mobile app is a companion field tool for authorized employees and contractors of subscribing companies — it lets them manage leads on the go, capture inspection photos and reports, and collect signatures on documents. Roof-Aid is not a public adjuster, insurance adjuster, law firm, or insurance company, and does not provide legal, insurance, or professional adjusting advice. It does not adjust claims or replace licensed professionals.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorized to use any phone number or contact information you provide. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access to the mobile app is granted by an administrator at your subscribing company; you may not share your login with anyone else. You can permanently delete your mobile account at any time from Settings → Delete my account — your login is removed and cannot be re-used, but content you created as part of your work is retained by your company as a business record.
Documents signed inside the mobile app — including third-party authorizations and roofing contracts — are legally binding in jurisdictions that recognise electronic signatures (most of North America under ESIGN/UETA, the EU under eIDAS, and equivalents). You and the homeowner are responsible for reading any document before signing. The app captures the signature as-presented; it does not validate the document’s content.
Roof-Aid sends text messages only to recipients who have opted in. Contractors opt in by texting our keyword or checking a consent box during sign-up; homeowners opt in by providing verbal consent on a call or submitting a request form. By opting in you agree to the following:
You agree to use Roof-Aid only for lawful purposes, to comply with all applicable laws (including TCPA, TCR/10DLC, and telemarketing/DNC rules) when using the communication tools, and not to misuse the platform or send messages to anyone who has not properly opted in.
Paid plans are billed on a month-to-month or annual basis as selected. Free trials, plan inclusions, and the supplement-engine commission are described on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time; fees already incurred are non-refundable except as required by law.
The platform, website, and their content are owned by Roof-Aid and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roof-Aid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes of insurance claims, supplements, or third-party contractor services.
We may modify these terms or the service at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
